Delete your account
Creators can delete their Lineup account and its personal data at any time, right in the app. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open Lineup and sign in.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed and kept, then enter your password to confirm.

Can't use the app, or on a brand team?
If you no longer have the app, can't sign in or are a brand team member, email support@lineupugc.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Lineup account”. To protect you, we'll confirm the request with that address before deleting anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your name, photo, contact details, sizes and shipping address
- Your connected TikTok and Instagram accounts and their access tokens
- Your uploaded video files
- Your sign-in on every device, your push notification tokens and your notifications
What's kept, and why
- Earnings, payouts and the record of videos you submitted (including captions and post links) are kept for legal, tax and accounting reasons, without your name or contact details.
- Your messages with brand teams are kept as part of the brand's program records.
- Money you're already owed is still paid to your payout account. Stripe keeps its own records of your payout account under its privacy policy.
- A brand that already received a video you submitted may keep using it as its creator program terms allow.

Only want to remove TikTok or Instagram?
You don't have to delete your account. Disconnect in Settings, then TikTok and Instagram. For Instagram you can also follow the Instagram data deletion steps.
